Hello Eagles!

My name is Hunter Byrd and I will be your 3-5 Music Teacher for Horn Lake Intermediate School! I am originally from Arlington, TN and I graduated from Arlington High School. I studied at the University of Memphis and received my Bachelors Degree in music education in 2022. 

I am married to the wonderful Conner Byrd who is assistant band director at Horn Lake Middle School. We love to travel, cook, and make music together. 

I am very excited to what the school year holds and cannot wait to see how far our eagles soar!
